Black Lion, a private paramilitary group, engages in missions all over the world for their biggest client, the U.S. government. A black operation to target drug dealers throughout the country was approved and four separate groups of mercenaries began terrorizing the soulless criminals infecting America with Meth, Crack Cocaine and Heroin. Every hit is a potential disaster, but when one squad is given bad intelligence and targets the Russian mob, a small war erupts.
Scrambling their resources to fight off a horde of mobsters and a formidable Russian hitman, Black Lion retreats to a CIA cabin in the White Mountain National Forest in New Hampshire. The Russians soon track down their hideout and both sides marshal their forces for a vicious battle where no quarter will be given nor requested.
